GSR Ghee is a family-owned business based in the Salem region of Tamil Nadu, India.

Because ghee and butter are food products, we generally do not accept returns of products delivered in acceptable condition. We may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution where a product is damaged during transportation, delivered in a leaking or broken container, incorrectly supplied, missing from an order, or demonstrably defective or materially different from what was ordered.

Customers are responsible for storing products according to the instructions provided on the product packaging. Customers should check the product label, ingredients, allergen information, storage instructions, date marking, and other relevant information before use.
